1. Respect and Sportsmanship: Players must uphold the highest standards of respect and sportsmanship towards umpires, officials, committee members, and all participants. Arguments or disputes with umpires and committee members are strictly prohibited. Any such behavior may result in disciplinary action.

2. Disciplinary Actions: The organizers reserve the right to ban or suspend any player from participating in the JPPL or other events for misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or breach of these terms.

3. Right to Ban: Players are explicitly warned that arguing with umpires or committee members can lead to immediate banning from the JPL and other associated events at the discretion of the organizers.

4. Liability and Indemnity: I, the undersigned, do hereby solemnly affirm, declare, and confirm for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators that I accept full responsibility for any damages, injuries, accidents, claims, or demands arising during the event. I indemnify the Promoters, Organizers, Sponsors, Officials, and all involved parties against any liabilities related to my participation.

5. Purpose of Participation: My participation is solely for the purpose of sport development and promotion. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and that the event is organized to foster sportsmanship and growth in the sport.

6. Rights of Organizers: The organizers reserve the right to make decisions regarding participation, conduct, and disciplinary measures as deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the event.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By participating, players agree to abide by these terms and any additional rules set forth by the organizers.

8. Cooperation with Franchise/Team Owner: All players must fully cooperate with their team owner or franchise management regarding match schedules, team activities, discipline, and instructions issued for team coordination.

9. Attendance for All Matches: Players must attend all scheduled matches, team meetings, and practice sessions unless prior permission is taken from the team management or organizers. Absence without valid reason may lead to disciplinary action.

10. Non-Playing XI Responsibility: Even if a player is not included in the Playing XI for a particular match, the player must be present at the venue, support the team, and follow the instructions issued by the team owner or management.

11. Refund Policy: If the player is unsold due to registration amount, the registration amount will not be refunded.
